I attempted to share a personal anecdote that an item I had ordered was similarly delayed and did turn up a week late. The USPS tracking history shown when you have a tracking number is the same for both sellers and buyers. After you alerted me to the issue, I continued to monitor the tracking information so that if your package did become lost, we could discuss an immediate replacement or refund.
Largely due to the pandemic the USPS is experiencing staff shortages and a much larger than usual volume of packages to ship this holiday season. Many packages are still moving through in a timely manner. Some are delayed. I'm sorry that your package was delayed.
