Butterfly Detachable Stitch Markers and Progress Keepers

 A versatile notion handy for every project. The outline of these butterflies awaits your yarn to enhance its wing color. With a gentle squeeze the top wing opens slightly from the body to enable it to perform a multitude of functions. 

These detachable flutterby stitch markers/progress keepers can be used to:

-mark stitches

-track your progress

-mark pattern repeats

-hold other stitch markers

-count rows

-mark the last decrease/increase row

-mark the right side

-hold a dropped stitch

These multi-purpose notions were designed by Michelle. She 3-d prints them in her home studio with PLA(made from plant based renewable resources and nontoxic). The stitch markers measure 7/16ths by 11/16ths of an inch or 11mm x 17mm. 

As knitting stitch markers they will work for needles up to size US #9/5.5mm. To use as crochet stitch markers slip onto the loops of any stitch. 

To use as progress keeper place in the edge of the row and start knitting. At the end of a few minutes, an hour, a day, a week, etc you will be able to see how much knitting you have accomplished.

To help keep track of rows place a marker in the end of every 5th, 10th, 20th, etc row when you count it. This will save you having to recount it.
