End Minders can be used for:

- tidying the cast on end

- holding yarn joined in the middle of the project

- wrapping yarn as color swatch to carry with you

- displaying left overs of your favorite yarn

- gifting left overs with a project just incase repairs are needed

Suavest Sheep, Bunny Hugs, Dependable Dogs, and Crafty Cats function well to keep six inches to one yard of fingering, sport, dk, or worsted weight yarn tidy. A one yard of yarn length is ideal to create a moderately fluffy sheep.

Lovable Lambs function well to keep six inches to one yard of lace, fingering, or sport weight yarn tidy. A one foot of yarn length is ideal to create a moderately fluffy sheep.

To Use:

- hold end of yarn on the critter's heart

- wrap yarn around the critter's chest and over the yarn end

- when only about an inch of yarn is left press it into the slot behind or below the neck

- the closer the critter is to the work, the better

- et viola, your end is now guarded by your critter and will not get tangled while you knit.

Must Have

These are fabulous! They stay put and work as my BOR marker while keeping the cast on tail tidy and keep it from tangling. I didn't know I needed these, but now I use them on every project. Love, love, love them. And best of all....they are adorable. =0 )

These end minders are great not only for holding the ends, but they help you prevent knitting with the wrong piece of yarn AND they help the stitches from adding a new ball from being too loose.
