This set of butterfly stitch markers is crafted from mixed hardwoods. Each set includes 6 stitch markers with 3 different sizes of circle and a unique combination of woods. The woods that might be included are: Beech, Cherry, Red Cedar, Canarywood, Curly Maple, Lacewood, Red Oak, Mahogany and Purpleheart.

Choose between knit or crochet/progress keeper. The knit option has a ring that will fit needle sizes US# 0-7 / 2mm-4.5mm. The crochet/progress keeper option has a lobster clasp perfect for attaching to crocheted stitches or using as a progress keeper.  

Progress keepers can be used to see your progress, count rows, mark the last decrease/increase row, mark the right side, hold a dropped stitch, and as stitch markers. 

To use as progress keeper; place in the edge of the row and start knitting. At the end of a few minutes, an hour, a day, a week, etc you will be able to see how much knitting you have accomplished.

To help keep track of row count place a marker in the end of every 5th, 10th, 20th, etc row when you count it. This will save you having to recount it.
