Drawn from the dichotomy of the fragile thatched roof and strong flint and brick exterior of the medieval house, Walderton is sure to inspire. The stark contrast of cable and lace are juxtaposed in this triangular shawl to create a look both unique and beautiful. Stalwart Shawl pattern

I am almost finished knitting the shawl, and it is a simple pattern to follow. It is turning out wonderful!

Can’t wait to make!

Easy to follow pattern. Looks squishy and soft.

Cables so fun!

I loved creating the knitted shawl with cables along one edge. It was an easy-to-follow pattern and a quick knit. I loved it! Will definitely knit this pattern again.

Not Really Sure

I keep starting this pattern and I enjoy the lace and beads, but I am afraid to go on because I can't see in the pattern where it will change into a shawl, if I keep going. Just wanted to make sure I have the whole pattern. (4 pages including pictures). Waiting for a confirmation.

On my to do list

On my to do after the holidays. Love the look. Thanks so much for the pattern.
